THE CURSE OF CAPTAIN VINDALOO from GHOST SCREAM.. The aroma is intoxicating with it's smokey curry, onion and garlic, with the added heat and flavor from the yellow Moruga scorpion pepper, and a splash of vinegar. The texture is smooth and it has a nice rich taste with a hint of sweetness from the addition of coconut oil. The Vindaloo Curry flavor will burst across your palette with a traditional Indian flavor. All these flavors mixed together into one sauce brings an exciting and very different taste that I find refreshing. This is a great sauce added to rice, sandwiches, potato salad, as a dipping sauce, added to vinegar and oil to make a salad dressing and so much more!

HOT SAUCE from GHOST SCREAM.. This is a perfect hot sauce to keep right on the table with red wine vinegar, onions, red bell pepper, garlic, ghost pepper, spices and is low sodium. The addition of the canola oil lends a slight smoothness to make it glide across your taste buds. The heat and flavor mixes very well and doesn't overshadow one another. It's a vinegar based sauce, but not overly, and reminds me of a Louisiana style sauce but then it goes much further in flavor. Perfect for pizza, eggs, seafood, tacos, pizza, soups and chili. Matt says it's even great on sushi. I'm going to have to try that next!
