SWEET HEAT GOURMET.. East meets west in flavor with this great oriental inspired hot sauce. The mixtures of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and gochujang mixture brings out the Korean inspired flavor in this sauce. The addition of pear is brilliant! The pear harmonize perfectly with all the traditional eastern flavors. The heat from the bhut jolokias add just the right about of flavor and heat. I used this on ramen noodles, rice and pork. But This would be awesome on ribs, chicken, fish, steak or anything you wish to add a little Asian flavor too. If you are going to make stir fry, this is definitely the one to use! Fantastic job Michelle.

MORUGA SCORPION HOT SAUCE from SWEET HEAT GOURMET.
Tomato puree, white vinegar, red bell pepper, moruga scorpion peppers, sugar, salt and spices. It has that great tomato taste that I love, a little sweetness, red bell pepper with just the right amount of heat from the scorpion pepper. This sauce would pair great with eggs, steak, chicken wings etc. So I'm thinking just about anything. this is a great addition to your hot sauce collection. By the way my tongue has still got a little burn going on. I'm loving it! TASTE..8 OUT OF 10 HEAT...7.5 OUT OF 10 www.sweetheatgourmet.com CLICK HERE FOR THE VIDEO REVIEW |
CAROLINA REAPER & ROASTED GARLIC from SWEET HEAT GOURMET. I love the hint of garlic in this one. It also has a hint of sweetness from the carrots with the addition of balsamic vinegar (that I love). The vinegars that are used in this sauce are added in just the right amount not to make this sauce to tangy.. great job. Tomatoes, carrots, onions, white vinegar, garlic, balsamic vinegar and spices. Once again this would pair great with eggs, steak, chicken wings etc. So I'm thinking just about anything. This too will make a great addition to your hot sauce collection. This sauce has a very long lingering heat.. Love that.
