SCORPION STING from 22 PEPPERS..  The aroma from this sauce is delightful and delicious.  The flavor is very bold, lots of pepper flavor with a bright taste of orange bell pepper, apple cider vinegar, sweet onions and a great punch of garlic.  The heat is strong and stinging from the addition of the Trinidad Scorpion pepper.  You will also get a nice citrus overtone from the added lemon.  This sauce is smooth and creamy from the olive oil that is blended into this sauce.  What a wonderful flavor for a very hot sauce.  Great on all foods from pizza, eggs, Mexican food, mixed into sour cream for a baked potato and so much more.

RED CAROLINA FIRE from 22 PEPPERS.. This sauce is very similar in ingredients as SCORPION STING with the of the addition of the Carolina Reaper pepper instead of the Trinidad Scorpion pepper.  The flavor is very subtle, but yet it has the Carolina Reaper pepper flavor out front alone with the heat that follows. The addition of the other ingredients definitely takes a backseat to the Reaper. If you want heat with flavor then grab a bottle of RED CAROLINA FIRE and fire up your food.  Its name says it all.  Great for pairing with chicken, fish, beef, soups, sushi, eggs and most definitely a great addition to a Bloody Mary.

SPICE BLEND from 22 PEPPERS.. I love most all spice blends and this one is one of the best! The flavor is spot on and fantastic on all foods.  The flavor of garlic is paired with Celery seed, granulated onion, hot peppers (Carolina Reapers) paprika, sea salt, Minced and granulated garlic and a pinch of raw brown sugar.  The combination of flavors in this Spice Blend is so good I could just eat it on its own.  You can put this on anything to add a nice punch of flavor and a little heat.  Fantastic on baked potatoes, fries, burgers, steak on the grill, eggs, soups, vegetables, chicken, pork, well lets just say ANYTHING!  This blend is SPOT ON!
