TOP SECRET TRUFFLE HOT SAUCE from 516 SAUCE CO...  I've never had a truffle hot sauce, so this was a very wonderful surprise to my tastebuds.  The addition of the Truffle oil is very rich, earthy in flavor and is very smooth and silky in texture to your palate.  The fresh lemon peel and Lemon pepper works so well with earthy rich flavor of the Truffle.  The garlic and onions grounds this sauce to make a fantastic hot sauce to build upon.  Thats where the truffle flavor comes in, its so rich and earthy that the slight sweetness from the addition of sugar is a perfect addition to make this sauce pair with just about any type foods, plus the flavor and heat from the Cayenne peppers is a perfect match.  Use on chicken, ribs, pizza, tacos, eggs, any red meat, burgers, mixed into mayo for sandwiches, subs or as a dip and on and on.  The more I use this sauce, the more I love it!  I can't wait to bring you more reviews from 516 SAUCE CO.  I am a true lover of this sauce!
