HIPPY DIPPY GREEN from ANGRY GOAT PEPPER CO.. I am so impressed with the great full flavor of their sauces and then there's just the right amount of heat to match. Hippy Dippy Green is a very thick and smooth sauce with a medium heat. The flavor is from a mixture of fire roasted jalapeno, serrano and tomatillo with the kiwi, avocado, garlic and spices. There is even a little tequila in there. The addition of the olive oil makes this a very smooth and creamy hot sauce. If you like the flavor of a Verde style sauce, then you will love this one. I used this on eggs, steak, and a little shot with sour cream on chili. I can't wait to use this on fish tacos. You will definitely want to try them all!

RED ARMADILLO from ANGRY GOAT PEPPER CO.. This sauce was the winner of the 2016 Fiery Food Challenge and I can see why. It has a little sweetness from the Vermont maple syrup, but the real flavor is from the smoked habanero and paprika powers. The garlic and Mexican chili was just the thing to round out it's wonderful full flavor. I use this on just about everything. I loved how the smokey flavor tasted on pizza and mixed into tartar sauce for fish. Keep this one right on your table to use anytime. Angry Goat suggest using it on tacos, steak, Mexican food and more. After using it, I agree.

YELLOW FLAMINGO from ANGRY GOAT PEPPER CO... Mango, orange habanero, a little sweet apple juice and carrot is the first thing to hit your taste buds. Then you get the mixture of the rest of the ingredients that makes this a fantastic flavored hot sauce. You will also get a little fruity flavor coming from the banana and lime juice with a little cayenne and a hint of cinnamon right at the end. This sauce was awesome on pork chops and rice. Angry goat suggests using it on waffles and ice scream. I guess I know what I'll be having it on next! I'm loving this sauce!

SACRIFICE from ANGRY GOAT PEPPER CO... This is where Angry Goat turns up the heat. That being said, SACRIFICE brings the fire roasted orange habanero and poblano peppers together with red bell pepper, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, New Mexican red chiles and then the hint of maple syrup to bring in a little sweetness. There is also garlic, a hint of ginger and a slight smoky taste from the smoked habanero powder. This is the type of hot sauce that works great on pizza, poured straight on our mixed with ranch dressing to make a very tasty dipping sauce. I used it on hot wings to really spice up the flavor of the chicken. Delicious!

DARK SWIZZLE from ANGRY GOAT PEPPER CO... This hot sauce brings the taste of the islands right to your table with the addition of pineapple, orange juice, lime juice, pomegranate juice, ginger and Gosling's black rum. But then the heat and flavor kicks in from the orange habanero and ghost pepper to bring the pepper taste and heat we crave. I also used this mixed into my tartar sauce for fish and it was amazing! Try a few drops in your Bloody Mary to make it really pop!

PURPLE HIPPO from ANGRY GOAT PEPPER CO... Here is another award winner from Angry Goat and at first taste I can see why. When I read the ingredients, I really didn't know what to expect with the prickly pear cactus juice. But mixed with strawberries, lemon and the lime juice it really made this sauce come alive with flavor, not to mention the scorpion pepper heat. I love the flavor of the scorpion mixed into this unique sauce. This was awsome on pork chops but would work great with omlettes and pizza too.

BLACK BISON from ANGRY GOAT PEPPER CO... Berry, what a great first bite with the scorpion peppers unique flavor, and you'll know this is a super hot sauce right off the bat. The triple berry flavor comes from red cherries, red raspberries and blackberries with a little tequila in there. Be careful, this is a VERY HOT sauce and it will burn. If you don't like the super hot sauces don't miss out on it's great flavor by mixing it with cream cheese or ranch dressing to make a slightly cooler dipping sauce. Great for red meat, pizza and eggs.
