SALSA PICANTE ARTESANAL from AY MARÍA!.. Coming in three different heat levels, I was honored to receive the hotter one. I'm sure the other two are just a tasty as their hot.  This sauce is a cross between a finely ground salsa and a hot sauce.  I love it's texture and how it pours and stays on your food. The combination of Vinegar, tomatoes, onions, variety of fresh chili peppers, paprika, water, carrot, celery, salt, selected spices are blended wonderfully to bring out all the natural flavors of all the ingredients.  The fresh chilis are bright and out front in both heat and flavor.  Then the spices, tomatoes and onions shine to enhance the flavor.  This is the kind of sauce I love,  Its has a wide range of use and pairs with any type of food.  From Mexican to Asian and everything in between this sauce will be a great addition for any hot sauce lover.  It would be amazing on eggs, tacos, pizza, ribs, rice, noodle dishes, chili and so much more..  Be sure to grab a bottle or two and keep it right on your table.
