Proceeds from these special sauces go to various charities in honor of people that have

GREEN CANYON from BEAR RIVER BOTTLING.. The roasting of the Hatch, Jalapeño, Poblano and Serrano peppers are the star of this sauce. The peppers are so rich with flavor that only these peppers can provide. Combined with the roasting of the Tomatillos, Onions and garlic makes this sauce explode with wonderful roasted flavors. Then the addition of freshness coming from fresh Cilantro, Lime juice and Lime zest. The texture is smooth and rich from the addition of Olive oil. SWEET GINGER THAI from BEAR RIVER BOTTLING.. This sauce is amazing, it captures the Thai influence perfectly. It's sweet and spicy with hints of Thai chiles, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and much more. This sauce is so flavorful you'll just keep adding more to you food to bring out its amazing flavor. HABANERO WONDER TONIC from BEAR RIVER BOTTLING.. The flavor of garlic, onion and Habanero are out front followed by Lime and Lemon juice. This is a wonderful habanero sauce, simple in ingredients but loaded with flavor. This is what i would call a table sauce because it will go with anything from breakfast to dinner. Its very smooth and creamy from the addition of vegetable oil, so this sauce will stay put on your food. Fantastic job!

MAPLE JALAPEÑO GRASSFIRE from BEAR RIVER BOTTLING.. This sauce is so unique and delicious! I've never had a sauce that taste like this one. The Jalapeño peppers are blended with Poblano and Habaneros. Then the addition of brown sugar, maple syrup and a hint of Molasses gives you a nice sweet flavor. Then you will get a little smokey flavor right at the end. This is a fantastic sauce to use on most any foods. Grat job on this one of a kind flavored sauce.

DR. SCOVILLE'S HARVEST HARBINGER from BEAR RIVER BOTTLING.. This is by far the hottest sauce I've had from BEAR RIVER BOTTLING and the flavor is rich and very savory. This sauce is definitely for the chilehead and hot pepper lovers. The flavor of the smoked red Savina and Habanero are out front and blazing hot. The addition of Roasted Tomato, smoked onion and smoked garlic brings a nice undertone of flavor for the peppers. This again is a wonderful savory sauce for greasy foods like pizza and tacos, but well balanced for adding heat and flavor to eggs, soups, chilli, add to BBQ sauce or anything you want to add a ton of heat and great pepper flavor.

(LIGHTING HOT BUFFALO from BEAR RIVER BOTTLING.. This is the true flavor of a GREAT wing sauce. Its just what you think of when you want a true wing sauce. Vinegar, Cayenne peppers, Garlic, Red Habanero and salt, thats it! And thats all you need to make a great wing sauce.
