The hot sauce stars aligned back in 2010, when Kevin and Shannon started their relationship bonding over a shared love of heat and hot sauce.
Within a week of meeting in Boston, they dared to dig into a ghost pepper chili pasta from a local restaurant’s “Hell Night,” which seemed like a good idea at the time. Looking to impress each other with their affinity (and tolerance) for the highest level of spice they had no idea what their future in-stored.
From that point forward, their love for one another — and their love for hot sauce — has only grown. After moving out of the city to the South Shore of Boston and becoming parents to their little girl, Soleil, they began growing hot peppers and crafting their own hot sauce recipe. As they shared their creations with family and friends, demand for their sauce grew. Between Kevin’s science skills and Shannon’s creative business sense, they planted the seeds for a flavorful, innovative, community-centered line of products rooted in love.

THAI CHILI HABANERO from BURKE'S HOT SAUCE.. The more I use this sauce, the more I love it! The flavor of the Thai chili is bold, out front and flavorful in every drop. The addition of habanero pepper will follow and then you get the flavors of Fresno Pepper and garlic. You will get a slight taste of fresh red bell pepper and red onion to finish out its flavor with just a splash of vinegar. It has a Sriracha-esq taste but without that overly heavy fermented flavor. It's a bright tasting and very versatile hot sauce that can be used on any type of foods. The heat level is right in that perfect range so that everyone can enjoy it's wonderful flavor. Chicken wings, pizza, eggs, Mexican food, mixed into sour-cream or ranch dressing for a dip. The options for the use of this sauce are endless. This is a fantastic sauce you will love, wonderful bright pepper flavor and nice heat makes this sauce a winner. I can't wait to try the rest of their line up.
