CHILLI OIL from CHILLIN' OUT IN W.A... Chef Kenny blended vegetable oil with bird's eye chilli flakes. If your a chili head and love a little heat, here an oil just for you. What a nice heat the bird's eye chilli flakes adds to this oil. Great with just about anything that uses vegetable oil in the recipe. I deep fried some french fries in it and they were magnificent! Crispy, light and a great added heat with a very mild chili flavor. This would be an awesome oil to use in baking cakes or muffins, and would mingle well with a sweet fruit filling or frosting, adding a little burst of heat with every bite. I totally love this oil! This is one of the best looking bottles I've seen when you shake it up, because it looks like a snow globe with the chili flakes floating around in the beautiful red oil. It also comes with a sugar skull keychain!

CAROLINA REAPER LIQUID LAVA from CHILLIN' OUT IN W.A.. All the way from West Australia comes a super hot, hot sauce. Chef Kenny blends the heat and flavor of the habanero, birds eye, Carolina reaper and the bhut jolokia hot peppers to come up with a extremely rich robust pepper flavor that has fantastic taste. The blending of all these peppers gives a great smoky, chili flavor that brings out the profile of all the peppers. Its has a very fresh pepper taste along with vinegar, sugar, garlic and celery salt. I'm also picking up a little cumin flavor, but that might be from the concentrated pepper mash. I have found that a hot sauce with such a heavy concentrate of super hot peppers come with a bitter taste, but not in this case! The rich pepper taste is up front but has a very enjoyably flavor any true chilihead will love. If your not a fan of this kind of super heat, you will still want this sauce to use as a spice for cooking, heating up your chili or tomato sauces or mixing with mayo or ranch dressing as a dip. If the rest of Chef Kenny's sauces are half as good as his Liquid Lava, then I would want them all!

AUSSIE SMOKIN' HOT SAUCE from CHILLIN' OUT IN W.A... Another great hot sauce from the master himself, Chef Kenny Roberts. Aussie Smokin' Hot Sauce is a mixture of habanero, bhut jolokia and birds eye chilli. You will definitely taste all the goodness of the hot peppers and the smokey flavor of the roasted chilies. The garlic blends very well with the peppers to bring this smokey delight to an entirely new level of excitement for your taste buds. To round out it's extraordinary flavor, the right amount of ginger and celery salt is added and a little sugar to give this sauce a little sweetness at the end. It was excellent added to grilled chicken just before removing it from the grill. I also added it to my Kung Pow chicken because there just wasn't enough heat for my liking, and it was amazing! You could use this on a number of foods that you want to add some heat and smokey flavor without over doing the flavor of your dish. You will be very happy with the results!

CHILLI BALISTIC SAUCE from ULTRALICIOUS.. This is a thick chilli paste in the same flavor profile as AUAAIE SMOKIN' HOT SAUCE but it's definitely not as sweet because there is less sugar added to this super hot mash. The flavor of the habanero, crushed chilli and chilli powder is up front and personal on your taste buds and I'm also getting a little more garlic and the same amount of ginger and celery salt added in at the end. This will definitely make your nose run! I used this on an omelette and it came to life with awesome chilli pepper flavor and heat. On wings, burgers, sandwiches or in shrimp cocktail sauce, mayo, ranch dressing or cream cheese for delicious sauces and spreads. I'm sure you will find many ways to use this sauce.

CHILLI BEE-STING HONEY SAUCE from ULTRALICIOUS.. This is simply amazing! The sweetness of honey, splash of vinegar, sugar, sultanas {a sweeter type of raisin} fig, crushed chilli puree, garlic and a pinch of salt makes this sauce a favorite of mine. The sweetness and flavor of the fig and sultanas mixed together with the chilli mash and honey is excellent for dipping. Use as a jam or a glaze for chicken, pork or on pancakes or grill fruit. I can't get enough of this amazing sweet heat! Definitely a must try!!
