SWEET HEAT HOT PEPPER SAUCE from DASHELITO'S.. From fist taste I went WOW!! This sauce is amazing! Its like candied jalapeños, It's sweet with a great flavor of the jalapeños. If you follow Tasting The Heat, then you know how much I love the simple ingredient type sauces. And thats what we have here, Just Jalapeños, vinegar, sugar, garlic, spices and salt! Thats it! And thats all it needs to get a 10 for taste out of me. I totally love this sauce and so will you. PINEAPPLE LAVA from DASHELITO'S.. Dashelito's put an entirely new spin on a pineapple type hot sauce and I love it. You will definitely get the flavor of the pineapple but the addition of red jalapeños and Thai chillies brings the heat and their awesome flavor to this sauce. The brown sugar adds a nice sweetness without being overly sweet. Then you add the vinegar, orange juice, brandy and tamari to round out its amazing flavor. Every flavor of all the ingredients comes through and stands on their own without competing with the others. Its a very well balanced and delicious sauce you will love. Once again this sauce will go great on so many types of food. Keep this right on your table because your going to be pouring it on everything you eat.
