Andrew Weick was encouraged for years by his wife to share his spices and sauces with the world, as they were impeccable and nothing like she had ever tasted. KICKASS CILANTRO from EARTHQUAKE SPICES.. If you love Cilantro and Garlic, then this is definitely the sauce for you. It has 100% Cilantro and garlic flavor in every drop. The addition of Jalapeños, the fresh flavor of Lime juice, a little oregano, a pinch of salt and what really make this sauce sing is the addition of lemon pepper and of course a lot of garlic and cilantro! this is a perfect sauce for any food that Cilantro will go with from pizza, tacos, spaghetti, dips and so much more. DEATH BY GARLIC from EARTHQUAKE SPICES.. Habanero peppers, Jalapeño peppers, Black Garlic, Apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and Worcestershire. The Black garlic and Habanero peppers are defiantly the star of this sauce, followed by the flavor of the Apple cider vinegar. The balance of heat to flavor is spot on. The addition of the Apple cider vinegar cuts through greasy types of foods like pizza, tacos, etc, to give you that Garlic flavor out front. The flavor of the Black garlic is rich and smooth and adds that garlic flavor we all crave. Try this on omelets, on a burger or just pour it on like a condiment.

BLUE GHOUL from EARTHQUAKE SPICES.. What a wild ride of flavors coming from this sauce. You get a little sweetness from the addition of Blueberries and Balsamic vinegar, then you get the heat and fruity flavor coming from the Ghost pepper, a very clean and fresh pop of flavor from the Lemon juice and Orange, the tang from the Red Onion, a savory touch from the addition of Thyme, Basil and garlic. All of these ingredients are added in to give you a Blueberry hot sauce like none other I've have ever had. What a wonderful experience for your taste buds.
