DATIL BITE from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. The name says it all, full Datil pepper flavor with a nice bite of heat coming from the addition of the Scorpion pepper. You will also get a nice tang and a little sweetness coming from the Apple citer vinegar, then comes a rolling, layered effect of flavor from the spice blend that is in this sauce. Then at the end you will get a nice pop of citrus flavor that cuts through coming from the addition of Lemon juice. The flavor of this sauce is outstanding. This sauce will go with any type of food. I will add this to my collection of table sauces because of its wide range of use. It definitely will not last long. ITS DELICIOUS!!

REAPER STING from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. This is a very hot and extremely flavorful hot sauce. You know if it says Reaper on the label its going to bite back, and it does. The heat of both the Carolina Reaper and the Red Scorpion pepper are out front with both flavor and heat! With a hint of Apple cider vinegar, a pinch of cain sugar, a nice fresh pop of citrus from the addition of both Lemon and Lime juice and a nice garlic flavor that lingers as you use this sauce. The ingredients are added in to enhance the flavor of both hot peppers and not to over shadow their flavor. Excellent job!! This sauce again, would make a fantastic table sauce because of its wide range of use.

SERRANO PEPPER SAUCE from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. The addition of fresh lime juice gives this this sauce a nice punch of citrus freshness. The flavor of the Serrano peppers is out front with the heat level ramped up by adding Habanero peppers. There is a slight sweetness from the added sugar, but this is in no way a sweet sauce. The punch of garlic is a great addition to its wonderful flavor. This sauce would make a great table sauce because of its wide range of use on all types of foods from eggs to pizza, added to guacamole, tacos and everything in between.

FRESNO PEPPER SAUCE from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. This is a very mild sauce with a ton of flavor. I can see why people love this sauce. It's smooth with a lot of fresh Fresno pepper flavor in every drop. The added garlic is a nice addition to the flavor and the fresh lime juice gives this sauce a wonderful freshness that bring this sauce to life. Once again, this would make a fantastic table sauce because of its wide range of use.

TROPICAL HAB from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. WOW this sauce is amazing! The tropical flavor of Mango, Pineapple, orange juice, lime juice and ginger works wonderfully with the fruity flavor of the Fresno pepper. The blending of all the ingredients is spot on to give you a tropical flavored sauce. You will also find a hint of onion and garlic to round out its great flavor with additional heat provided by adding habanero peppers. Use this on fish tacos, pizza, in drinks, over ice cream, shrimp and so much more. i love this sauce.

ROASTED GARLIC HABANERO from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. This sauce has a slight sweetness, a lot of habanero pepper and a wonderful punch of roasted garlic with a fresh citrus after tone coming from the fresh lemon juice. The addition of onion adds a nice savory touch of flavor to round out this sauce. This "Once again" would be an excellent table sauce because of its wide range of use on most all foods. From pizza too tacos, from eggs to wings. Pour it on and enjoy its wonderful flavor and nice heat level.

PINEAPPLE THAI from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. This sauce is outstanding, very unique and has a fantastic flavor like no other sauce I've had. The pineapple flavor is very pronounced, but not overly done. The combination of Jalapeño peppers with bell peppers gives this sauce the texture and look of a verde style sauce, but thats where the similarity ends. The Thai chilies adds such a wonderful asian flare that make this sauce come alive with fantastic flavor. It is definitely a sweet sauce, but it works great with all the ingredients. The flavor is complexed and simple all at the same time. I used over half the bottle just reviewing it because I can't put it down! This sauce is AMAZING!!!! Great on fried rice, stir fry, egg rolls, chicken wings, cream cheese dip, glaze for baked ham, pizza, fish tacos or just on chips. SO DELICIOUS!

GUAVAHABA from EL FUEGO PEPPER SAUCE.. And yet another very unique sauce with fantastic flavor. It's so creamy and thick its like a fruit smoothy in both texture and flavor. The mango and passion fruit is so delicious I can't stop eating it. The Grande Santa Fe peppers and Habanero peppers gives this sauce a wonderful mouth burn that matches the flavor profile perfectly. It's sweet, creamy, like a cross of a smoothy and a pie filling. The addition of Orange vanilla white balsamic vinegar gives this sauce such an amazing different flavor that matches the tropical fruits like nothing you've ever had before. This sauce is SO DELICIOUS! ALL of these sauce are spectacular, I can't wait to try them all and bring what I find to you!
