Clint Meyer always loved hot food for as long as he can remember. For some reason, after a few drinks had gone down at many of his 21st birthdays he attended, someone would bring around a bowl of chillies. His best mate Carlos and himself would usually face off and munch a chilli back. Some were hot, and some just blew your head off. So obviously a lot of tears were shed and in turn made a lot of people cry. The endorphin rush you get from eating a raw chilli was a buzz for Clint, and now he has chilli with just about every meal.

SMOKY DRAGON from FIRE DRAGON CHILIES.. From first cracking open this bottle from New Zealand I was excited to know just what I hand in my hand. What I found was a fantastic smoky, semi sweet sauce with a great pepper kick. Looking through the ingredients I found a lot of items I've never had in a sauce before, NZ whisky, Manuka smoked chillies, marjoram bay leaves, just to mention a few. The mixture is spot on with a great heat level to match. get ready to pour this sauce on and enjoy the greatness Clint Meyer had in mind when making this sauce. Great on pizza, eggs, meats, fish, tacos and so much more. Pour this on and enjoy!

NEW ZEALAND GREEN from FIRE DRAGON CHILIES.. Green chillies, Organic cider, pure wasabi, garlic, lime juice, sea salt, extra virgin hemp seed oil, horopito pepper and kawakawa leaf. Once again the ingredients are off the charts from what we have here in the States, and you can tell from the first taste. The flavor with hit your taste buds with a powerful punch. I love the after burn from the flavor of the wasabi, as the lime juice cools the heat with a refreshing flavor. This is an awesome sauce for just about any foods you choose. great job Clint.

DRAGONS FURY from FIRE DRAGON CHILIES.. This is the hottest natural sauce grown and produced in Aotearoa, NZ. and after getting a taste of this I can see why. This sauce is packed with 80% super hot peppers. My mouth is still on fire. (Trinidad Scorpion Morouga and Butch T, Carolina Reapers, Trinidad 7 pot Primo & Brainstrains, Brazilian Ghosts, Bhut Jolokia and Nagas.)
With just a pinch of garlic, onion, lemon and lime, salt and a splash of vinegar. its a pepper lover sauce for sure. The flaover of the super hots are front and center as it burns your taste buds to a crisp. I mixed it in cream cheese to make a wonder spread I could handle. The flavor still came through strong and out front. Mix it in your food, burger, ranch dressing for an amazing dip or if your brave just pour it on to make amazing hot wings.
