Using all natural ingredients this sauce is very bold and smooth all at the same time.  The rich flavor comes from Folly's own brewed coffee, Chipotle in Adobo, (chipotle peppers, tomato puree, onions, vinegar, canola oil, sugar, salt, paprika and garlic)  Habanero peppers, garlic powder, onion power and spices.  All these ingredients brings the flavor of a rich Molé sauce with a smooth texture coming from the addition of the canola oil.  The addition of the coffee gives this sauce a rich smooth flavor that doesn't attack your tastebuds, but rather rolls with bright flavor notes that enhances all the food you add it to.  Folly has blended the ingredients wonderfully to bring you a hot sauce that can be enjoyed and enhance the flavor of all your foods from eggs, pizza, tacos, Bloody Mary's, chicken, rice and anything else you put it on.  Fantastic job!
