Our farm is located in the Goshenhoppen region of Montgomery County Pennsylvania, about 40 miles northwest of Philadelphia. The region's first European settlers were primarily German immigrants, many of whom are our ancestors. Goshenhoppen Run is the original name of the creek that defines our southern boundary. If our farm name is too much to say in one breath, just call us Gosh Run! Thats what we call it!
Gosh Run consists of 35 acres divided into two fields by a seasonal creek and woodlot. The front field borders Faust Road and accounts for a majority of our production while the back field serves as pasture for hogs and poultry. Before Cheyne and Fiona started farming at Gosh Run the land was farmed by a conventional grower.
Farming in this area presents some unique challenges. Our soils are dense due to a high silt/clay content making them easy to compact in the spring and difficult to work when dry. However, despite the pests, unpredictable weather and challenging soil we are committed to using regenerative practices.

PICKLED PEPPERS from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. These peppers are by far my favorite!! They are Biquinho peppers, A very mild heat and slightly sweet but with amazing pepper flavor. I love just snacking on them right out of the jar, but you can add them to your meal, put in tacos, on pizza, with eggs, add to a fresh salad or anything else you want to add an amazing peppers flavor to with out over powering your dish.

MOQUECA from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. A wonderful blend of sweet peppers, tomato, jalapeño, onion, vinegar, olive, coconut milk, garlic, cilantro, coconut oil, lime and salt are blended to make a thick but yet creamy sauce that will stay on your food or blend in nicely to bing you a wonderful flavor and mild heat. The flavor comes across with notes of tomato, jalapeño and sweet peppers. Then you will get the flavor of garlic and a hint of cilantro, with the creaminess from the addition of coconut oil. This is a well rounded sauce that would go with any type of food.

SUMAC DADDY from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. A mild but robust hot sauce that brings a nice sweetness to jalapeño peppers, vinegar, cauliflower, carrots, onion, honey, a pinch of salt, sumac, garlic, sesame oil and lemon zest. One of the things I love about Fraktured sauces is the addition of flavor and ingredients that are used and not widely know to the average person. The flavors they bring are bright and fun to enjoy with your meal. This sauce is a perfect example of that fact. Its slightly sweet with flavor notes of all the ingredients and layered to bring a different taste as you enjoy your food. Just pour it on and enjoy.

NICE PEAR from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. As you first crack open the bottle you get the aroma of pear, ginger, tumeric and vanilla. At first taste you get the mild but long lasting heat that is from the addition of the habanero pepper. The pear, yellow pepper, sweet onion and brown sugar adds a nice sweetness that blends so well with the rest of the ingredients. Right at the end the vanilla and tumeric makes it arrival to round out the flavor. This would be a great sauce for your sweeter dishes like apple pie, ice cream, or a splash in your summer drinks.

HOT SHIITAKE from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. Now this is the kind of hot sauce I love. Full pepper flavor, a nice vinegar bite, well rounded to work on multiple types of foods and a nice long burn. From aroma to taste my mouth was watering. The peppers, vinegar and tomato are out front and present. The Shiitake mushroom is well hidden and not recognizable, but that's not saying it doesn't add to it's delicious flavor. The flavor and heat from the jalapeño and reaper peppers are well represented and appreciated. I'm loving this sauce. Pour it on just about anything from breakfast to a late night snack.

PIPICHA VERDE from FRAKTURED SAUCE.., A fresh verde sauce with a ton of flavor. Take your favorite verde style sauce and add the fresh crisp flavor of the herb Pipicha. (a clean, aromatic, citrus type flavoring) That adds a wonder flavor to the jalapeño peppers, tomatillo. onion, garlic and a pinch of cumin. The first thing I though of was breakfast burritos, fish tacos, pizza, hamburgers, subs and so much more. Mix with mustard for a hot dog or with sour cream for a wonderful chip dip.

FIREHAUS GARLIC from FRAKTURED SAUCE..This is a table sauce! Just leave this wonderful smokey, garlic, pepper sauce right on your table because you will use it on everything. The garlic and jalapeño peppers are front and center with a nice smokey flavor that lingers on your taste buds. The smoke flavor from the chipotle peppers are mellow but long lasting. HAUNTED HARVEST from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. A sweet savory sauce with a fall harvest flavor. Apple orchards and pumpkin pie is what comes to mind as I use this sauce. A nice rich thicker style sauce with a wonderful sweet tone from winter squash, apple cider and white vinegar, brown sugar, onions, a little smoke flavor form chipotle, garlic and spices. This was amazing on pulled pork in the place of BBQ sauce. I can't wait to use this on ribs on the grill. I'm sure you will find a multitude of ways to use this sauce.

HAUNTED HARVEST w/GHOST PEPPER from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. This sauce takes a nod from HAUNTED HARVEST, but with the addition of habanero and ghost peppers. Just adding the two different peppers make a distinctive pepper blend to this flavorful sauce. TWISTED GINGER from FRAKTURED SAUCE.. Habanero and jalapeño peppers are blended with white vinegar, carrots, onion, a pinch of salt, garlic and a ton of ginger. The ginger flavor immediately makes me thing of oriantal food. This sauce would be an excellent addition to rice, chicken, beans, sweet and sour dishes and so much more.
