TROPICAL STORM from FRED HOT.. Get ready to sail on a tropical flavor wave! The pineapple flavor is fresh and bold with a hint of mango and a splash of apple cider vinegar. But what sets this tropical flavor apart is the addition of coconut water. This addition is brilliant, it adds a crisp fresh clean taste that adds a wonderful touch to the chunks of pineapple and mango you get in every spoonful. Although this sauce has carolina reaper peppers added in, its not overly hot, but still packs a nice punch of heat. Use this amazing flavored sauce on shrimp on the grill, fish tacos, its awsome on pork, as a marinade or a BBQ sauce on the grill. By the way, pour this on some ice cream or a banana splint to fire up the flavor of your cool treat.

CHRISTMAS WAIL from FRED HOT.. This is one of the most outrageous flavored sauce I've ever had. The more I tried it on different foods, the more I liked it. It hits you with a blast of clove and rosemary with a chocolate and cinnamon undertone that adds a richness to this sauce. There is also a slight smokiness from all the smoked Jalapeños, fresno and black pepper. Then the flavor profile gets even deeper with the addition of onion, thyme, basil and oregano. The roller coaster of flavor keeps going with the splash of apple cider vinegar, Dutch cocoa, himalayan salt and smoked garlic. This sauce is a a hot sauce, steak sauce, marinade and a bbq sauce all wrapped up in one. Just like Fred says If Christmas had a flavor, it’s in this bottle. Pour this on on chicken, fish, tacos, eggs, rost, pork, subs, sandwiches and so much more.

FINAL HARVEST from FRED HOT.. Fred Stoldt told me that he wants to make his hot sauces healthier by using less salt, but was concerned that the flavor may be lacking. Well Fred, you have nothing to worry about here. The flavor of this sauce is fantastic. All the different flavors are combined wonderfully to make a very tasty sauce. By using the partially and unripened peppers (ghost, scorpion and reaper) from the end of the year harvest, gives this sauce a different pepper taste that mixes with the vinegar, pink Himalayan salt, garlic and black pepper just right. I really like the taste of the unripened peppers. One thing I did noticed was that this sauce is HOT and the burn doesn't dissipate quickly, it hangs on for a while! I'm looking forward to getting more of FRED HOT'S other sauces and spicy products. Check out his website to view everything Fred has to offer as well as his fire wig. (love it!) This would work great on Mexican dishes, breakfast, pizza and many other foods.
