Funky’s Hot Sauce Factory was born in 2006 but we didn’t begin selling our sauces to the public until the summer of 2019. After years of producing sauces for friends and family using peppers harvested from our own miniature farm we finally turned it into a real business. Nowadays, the peppers in our sauces are purchased from Non-GMO and/or organic (local when possible) farms and we reserve our homegrown harvests for test batches.
Funky’s Hot Sauce Factory is 100% vegan, gluten free, Non-GMO and mostly organic. We are committed to using locally sourced and organic ingredients when available!
One of our core values has always been to produce great tasting, well balanced sauce with loads of flavor along with the heat. We pride ourselves on delivering unique sauces to both, hot sauce fanatics and those who have just begun to explore the hot sauce universe.

STELLAR FUZZ from FUNKY'S HOT SAUCE FACTORY... This hot sauce is bursting with garlic and ginger flavor with a pinch of sweetness coming from the addition of cane sugar and carrot's. You will also get a savory note from the addition of onions. Then you will get a nice pop of citrus freshness from the addition of lime juice and a pinch of salt. Just reading the ingredients won't give you the understanding of how great the combination of flavors are. This is a must buy for the ginger and garlic lover out there. Great on chicken, pizza, tacos, fish tacos, mixed into sour cream for a dip or added to any food you want to bring awesome garlic and ginger flavor too.

SEEING STARS from FUNKY'S HOT SAUCE FACTORY... The more I use this sauce, the more I love it! This sauce is very savory and has a nice punch of long lasting heat from the addition of Carolina pepper mash. The flavor profile is savory and absolutely delicious. This is a perfect table sauce because you can use it on everything. White and plum vinegar adds such a nice zing of flavor that mixes so well with the onions, red bell peppers and a pinch of salt. Plus you will get a little pinch of sweetness from the addition of plums and a pinch of cane sugar. Once again, you will have to buy this sauce to understand how versatile and delicious this sauce is.. You will literally use this sauce on everything! Once you taste it, you will understand why its a award winner!
