I was born in Hamilton Ontario. Moved to Ottawa as a young child. And at a young age I became curious about how to create delicious meals. In my early adult years I dedicated myself to learning how to combine savory taste profiles. I was enthusiastic about how the ingredients work together and captivated in creating meals that would keep you coming back for more. As a Chef by trade, I was a long time Restauranteur for more than 20 years. I am passionate about food and happiness to me is to have people enjoy an exceptional dish.

VENUS RISING from GRINGO'S BLAZING SAUCES.. As soon as you open the bottle you get the aroma of the ghost pepper, Carolina Reaper and spices. The combination of dark cherries , Tomato Filets, Spring water, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and organic cane sugar, adds to the richness of this sauce. Then you add the aged flavor of 10 year old Bourbon, cider vinegar, garlic, chipotle peppers, cocoa, honey, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice to add to its complex slightly sweet and spicy flavor profile. You will also feel the smooth texture of this sauce from the addition of coconut oil. The mixture of the dark cherries and bourbon are the main flavor of this sauce, but all the other ingredients definitely adds to its bold and rich flavor. Great for burgers, roast, Mexican food, eggs, of added to mayo to make a spicy spread for any sandwich or sub. This sauce could even be used as a BBQ sauce on the grill if the heat isn't to much for your palate.

EL CAMINO CERDO from GRINGO'S BLAZING SAUCES.. A wonderful south of the border taste. (Mexican that is). A medium hot burn comes from the addition of Long green hot peppers, scotch bonnets and ghost peppers. A nice smokey finish coming from chipotle in adobo, this also helps bring that Mexican style flavor profile. The plum tomatoes are flame grilled to make a wonderful choice to be added to onions, garlic, lime juice, vinegar and a little maple sugar.
