Guish is a family business founded in 2019 by us, inspired by the comments of friends and family.
It is then with that enthusiasm that we decided to prepare the first recipes for spicy Habanero.
A year later, with the help of our family and customers, we inaugurated a small production factory in Panama City.
Today, the Guish brand has 6 different sauces and additionally its spicy habanero.
The elaboration of each sauce is characterized by its artisan methods in a modern environment with the
freshest ingredients and quality controls. The productions are programmed to produce small batches, thus
quaranteeing the quality of the raw material and the bottled final product. All our sauces are made with
national raw material and purchased directly from the producer.
Guish will continue to work so that his products reach the table of as many people as possible, with the
vision of maintaining a product of the highest level to share the passion and love
with which we make each of our products.

HABANERO HOT SAUCE from GUISH.. This is definitely a Habanero hot sauce with Habanero being the first flavor you will get. The heat seems to be mild (at first), then it begins to build and fires up your taste buds and all the way down with a delightful burn. The rest of its delicious flavor comes from the addition of a splash of vinegar, onion, a nice fresh pop of cilantro, a nice helping of garlic, cumin and a pinch of salt and pepper.
