Oh sheesh, the table thing... People always bring this up.
Yes, I'm that Halogi from Norse mythology. Despite being a Fire Giant that lives in a frozen wasteland, most people know me from this one time Loki challenged me to an eating contest. He cleaned his chicken wings down to the bone, but by then I had eaten everything on my plate. I may have also eaten the plate... and most of the table.
The important thing that everyone remembers is that I won. My secret? Easy: the right sauce.
I was looking at real estate in other frozen wastelands when I stumbled upon this little area of Midgard called South Dakota. These two humans—Nick and Luke—were making this ridiculously flavorful sauce by hand with fresh ingredients: spices, herbs, and loads of peppers blended together in amazing combinations. Their recipes took years of fine-tuning, meticulously crafting each sauce to perfection. They even have some wild Limited Edition flavors like caramel apple, cherry limeade, and... well, you'll see. I put it on everything I eat, and I eat everything I put it on—table included.
Look, you're here because you love hot sauce, and that's awesome. I'm here to tell you this sauce is 100% fire, just like me.
I literally just realized where they got the name. Oh, by the way, it's "Ha-Low-Gee."

BALDR'S BANE from HALOGI HOT SAUCE.. WOW!!!! This sauce is fantastic and oh so fresh tasting. After reading the ingredients I know why I love this sauce so much. I love the flavor of every ingredients in it. The combination of White vinegar, Vidali onion, orange and Lime juice, Jalapeño peppers, Anaheim pepper, Cilantro and a pinch of salt, are mixed together perfectly to bring you wonderful fresh tasting sauce that will pair with any food. The balance of flavors in this sauce is spot on. Add to any food from breakfast to dinner.

RAVEN'S WINE from HALOGI HOT SAUCE.. The combination of ingredients in this sauce are blended so wonderfully that every one of the ingredients are featured without over shadowing each other. From the Jalapeños to the balanced flavor of garlic, the red pepper flakes and everything else. This sauce has a wonderful tangy flavor from the well balanced addition of red wine vinegar and a little sweetness from the addition of Brown sugar and a splash of maple syrup. Once again you're going to love its well rounded and balanced flavor added to any dish from breakfast to dinner.

EGIL'S ALE from HALOGI HOT SAUCE.. Pineapple juice, Orange juice and Apple cider vinegar are the out front flavors of this sauce. With a nice matching of Orange bell pepper, Vidalia onion, a hint of sweetness coming from Maple syrup and Brown sugar with a hint of Ginger. Then the flavor and heat coming from the Habanero and Cayenne peppers. You will also get a lingering of chili powder at the end. Its subtle fruit flavor will pair nicely with pork, fish tacos, use as a marinade, hot wings, shrimp, fish and so much more..

TYRFING'S CURSE from HALOGI HOT SAUCE.. The flavor of the Scorpion pepper comes through out front in this sauce followed by the flavor of the ghost pepper and Habanero. All three of these peppers flavor mix so well with the Yellow Bell pepper, Apple cider vinegar. You will also get a nice punch of flavor coming from garlic, a little ginger and spices. It also has a slight turmeric flavoring, although its not mentioned on the ingredients. This would be amazing on greasier type foods like pizza and tacos, but would also be a great addition on eggs, vegetables and so much more.

JARN BURDR from HALOGI HOT SAUCE.. If you love the flavor and heat of the Carolina Reaper, then this is the sauce for you. But the flavor doesn't stop there. Following the Reaper flavor you will get the flavor of Red onion, a slight sweetness coming from Orange juice and the uniqueness of Balsamic vinegar. This is a very smooth tasting sauce with high heat and a lot of Carolina reaper flavor. This is a wonderful all around sauce for the true chileheads out there. Great flavor and lots of heat.

VALKYRIESSON HALOGI HOT SAUCE.. This is the hottest of all the Halogi hot sauces and after reading the ingredients you'll know why. Scorpion pepper, Carolina Reaper, Ghost pepper, and dried Reaper, Scorpion and Ghost peppers are all added to this sauce. Plus a little cayenne added in for good measure. This sauce has a deep dark flavor from all the super hot peppers that will definitely set your mouth on fire. But with all the added super hot peppers you will also get the flavor of a splash of vinegar, onions, bell pepper, and a slight sweetness from Apple juice. Once again this is a wonderful well rounded sauce for all foods. If you are not a big fan of super hot sauces, you can still enjoy its flavor by adding it to sour cream or ranch dressing to cut down on the heat with out losing its flavor.
