HOME RUN HOT HONEY MUSTARD from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. WOW what a rush of flavor! This is definitely a HOME RUN! It is just what it says, Hot Honey Mustard. The flavors comes from the addition of Habanero mash, Honey, White Vinegar, White Onion, Mustard Flour, A little Sugar, Turmeric Powder and a little salt. It has the flavor of a high end Honey Mustard but with a nice punch of heat. This sauce is perfect for chicken, added to Honey Mustard salad dressing, as a binder for rib or brisket to add your rub, it is amazing on a pulled pork sandwich, or any sandwich or sub. KING OF THE WING from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. This is the one I've been waiting for. I love hot wings and I love the original style hot wing flavor. This is Ron's version of original buffalo wing sauce. BUT!!! With an awesome heat and flavor kick. The flavor of habanero, cayenne and bhut jolokia are bold and out front but they don't over shadow the great flavors of the rest of the ingredients. The white onion, lime juice and garlic shine through with amazing taste. Grab a bottle and get cooking. Delicious!

RETRO JALAPEÑO from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE..When I first opened the bottle of Retro Jalapeno the aroma hit me as a tomatillo and jalapeno sauce, but the flavor goes way beyond that. It has a fantastic mixture of the jalapeno and tomatillo, but then you get the garlic, salt and shallots with a little sweet from honey and a bit of sour from the lime juice. Just great! But the flavor doesn't stop there, with the slight taste of vinegar and the addition of the serrano pepper that mixes in just right. I used this on tacos, nachos, and on plain tortilla chips, because the flavor is just that good. I'm very impressed!

TACO CAT from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. When you think of a taco sauce, you should definitely reach for TACO CAT! Yes its that good, or should I say great!! Its exactly what you would expect from Hell's Kitchen when you think of a taco sauce. Full flavor and an amazing punch of heat that is a perfect match. It has a fantastic mix of ingredients and works wonderfully together to bring your tacos, eggs, nachos, pizza and so much more to an amazing flavor explosion of Mexican flare. The crushed tomatoes, garlic, red peppers and cumin are mixed into the rest of the ingredients to bring you the taco sauce you've been looking for. Amazing job Ron!

HABANERO MANGO SALVATION from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. What fantastic flavor. Nice heat, not too sweet and a great mixture of habanero, mango, carrot, a little garlic and vinegar. The addition of the pink Himalayan salt adds just as much flavor as it does to enhance the flavors in this sauce. This is an great wing sauce, both for grilling or just as a dipping sauce. Add to ranch dressing and a splash of vinegar and you have a fanatic salad dressing. I even love this on my morning omelette.

WEST SIDE RED from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. I know a lot of people love Sriacha, Me, not so much. So when I read on the label "Sriacha meets Louisiana style" I was a little hesitant to say the lest. BUT to my surprise it is an amazing sauce, with a blend of Fresno and Habanero peppers, a nice punch of garlic, raspberries, lime juice, shallots, vinegar and a slight sweetness coming from a splash of blue agave nectar. Pour this on anything and bring the flavor of your food to an entirely new level of flavor and heat. This is a true table sauce. Keep it on hand because you will be reaching for it time and time again.

ROCKIN' RASTA from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. What a wild ride of flavors from the Scotch Bonnet peppers, carrots, honey and garlic. But what really sets this hot sauce apart from other similar ingredient sauces is the addition of coconut milk. What a fanatic addition to the lime juice, mango and Jamaican spices. It really has a smooth creamy texture and flavor with nice heat. I really liked this on pork chops, hash browns and grilled vegetables. I love Hell's Kitchen's idea of adding it to mayo and a little vinegar to make an island flavored chicken salad.

CINNAMON GHOST PUNCH from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. Tomato, cinnamon and ghost pepper are the first flavors to hit you taste buds. There is definitely the habanero and Trinidad scorpion in there so you know right off this sauce is a hot one, but not super hot. There is a slight sweetness from the agave nectar and the paprika adds a nice touch to the over all blend to the rest of the ingredients. I grilled some chicken legs and thighs and its flavor profile was spot on with the dark meat. I also put some on my sweet potato with a little butter, and it ROCKED!

PEPPER PASTRY from HELL'S KITCHEN HOT SAUCE.. WOW, once again I'm blown away by the flavor of Hell's Kitchen's hot sauce. This is a fruit flavored sauce that comes across more then just a fruity style sauce as you get the flavor and heat from the fatalli and habanero peppers. I totally love these two hot peppers mixed together and then the fruit flavors come in with pears, pineapple, blueberries and a hint of lemon. Just a little bit more sweetness coming from maple syrup, some orange juice, ginger and wonderful cinnamon surprise. There is a very light taste of vinegar and garlic. This was amazing on grilled chicken and pork chops and I can't wait to try it on shrimp! You could definitely use this as a BBQ sauce to make amazing hot wings. Fantastic!
