The truth is I didn’t start out to make an award-winning hot sauce. There were a few I liked and I thought, heck, I can make them cheaper than buying it in the store. That turned out to be wrong!
Some hot sauces were too hot. We had been growing jalapeno, serrano and other peppers for many years - a lot of them. I thought turning them into a hot sauce would be a way to save them. I began to combine flavors and heats to touch every part of the palate but not to overcome the flavor of the meat.
Some peppers were too expected. Everybody seemed to use cayenne and I liked the more complex heat from other peppers like arbol, so we added them in. What I discovered was the heat was great but each pepper was too distinct. So we let the flavors marinate together and after checking them week after week they arrived at a constant flavor level that seemed to be a perfect harmony.

64 WING SAUCE from HELP ME JESUS HOT SAUCE.. WOW!!! Help Me Jesus has taken their ORIGINAL RECIPE HOT SAUCE and transformed it into a wing or BBQ sauce. With the beginning flavor profile of their ORIGINAL RECIPE HOT SAUCE, You will find more citrus punch, a little more throat heat from the added dried chilli powder, you will also find a little more sweetness from the brown and cain sugar with a nice undertone of molasses. What an excellent wing or BBQ sauce. This sauce will also caramelize nicely on the grill from all the sugars in this sauce. There is no need to add butter to this sauce because its so rich and sticky it will cling right on your wings as you grill or bake them. Fanatic job! This sauce is a must!

GHOST PEPPER from HELP ME JESUS HOT SAUCE.. When you try their ORIGINAL RECIPE HOT SAUCE but want it to have more heat, then this is defiantly the sauce for you. HELP ME JESUS HOT SAUCE has taken their ORIGINAL RECIPE HOT SAUCE and added Ghost pepper powder to make this an even hotter sauce. You may find just a little more pepper flavor, but in my option that too adds to it's fantastic, rich flavor. Still extremely well balanced flavor with a lot more heat. Once again this is a sauce you will want to keep right on your table because of its wide range of use on all types of foods.
