This sauce is basically starts out the same as EVIL OOZE, But with the addition of the GHOST PEPPER NASH, That one addition give this sauce , more flavor and a lot more heat. This is packed full of grilled pepper flavor and the heat level is ramped up to give you a nice flavorful burn you will not forget soon. Keep this and EVIL OOZE right on your table, because it will go with any food you add it to. This reminds me of the beginnings of a Louisiana style hot sauce because of the vinegar base, but then with the added flavors, that's where the similarity stops. The roasting of the red bell pepper, roasted onion, grilled red jalapeño and grilled habanero adds a smoky flavor that really makes this sauce amazing. The heat from the ghost pepper is definitely noticed and added in perfectly. I also enjoyed the flavor of the powdered chile de arbol, light chile powder and chopped garlic. Once again just like all of Hot Line Hot Sauces this sauce is bold and full of mouth watering flavor. If you can handle a little more heat, get this sauce. HATCH CHILE POWDER from HOT LIVE PEPPER PRODUCTS.. Out of all the pepper powders I've tried, this one definitely has one of the best flavors when it comes to adding flavor to your food. It's a very fine powder so it mixes in easily without leaving strong pockets of flavor or heat. Although this isn't exceptionally hot, there is a slight sting. I used this on a vast amount of foods from chicken, ribs, fries, potatoes, vegetables, eggs, etc., you can literally use this on all your meals to bring a great green chile, garlic, onion flavor without adding a lot of salt to your food. Just awesome!

HATCHANERO from HOT LIVE PEPPER PRODUCTS.. This is a mild heat sauce that has a burst of flavor that is just delicious. The roasted hatch chile flavor it fresh and bold. The addition of roasted jalapeño add the right touch to the blend of the two chiles. You also get the flavors of vinegar, roasted onion, roasted bell pepper, habanero, cilantro and garlic. I was happy about how fresh the cilantro comes across in this hot sauce. This is a perfect sauce for the beginner to the hot sauce world because of it's bold taste and low heat level, and it's versatile flavor to go with any type of foods. AJO HATCHANERO from HOT LIVE PEPPER PRODUCTS.. This is very similar to HATCHANERO but without the roasting of the ingredients. This is another hot sauce for the beginner or anyone that loves a great bold hatch, jalapeño flavored hot sauce. Once again the freshness of the cilantro is fantastic, plus you still get the vinegar, onion, and habanero flavor in this sauce. Great on eggs, tacos, Mexican food, fish, etc. What can I say, this sauce is awesome!
