SALSA CALEFACTO from HURT BERRY FARM..  Trying this sauce takes your taste buds on a roller coaster of emotions form its
​in-depth layered flavors. Slightly sweet, fruity, rich and bright.  A hint of smokiness for the roasting of the heirloom tomatoes and bell peppers.  Garlic and onions are added with the wonderful taste of aged Balsamic and Apple Cider Vinegars.  Pomegranate Juice and spice adds a wonderful full flavor to the Javanese long pepper, Coriander and Mustard Seeds. All of this adds amazing notes of layered flavor that will bring excitement to any food your pair this sauce with. You will also find the flavor and heat brought by adding a melange of Superhot peppers including Reaper, Bhutlahs, Scorpion and Habanero. What a fantastic full rich flavored sauce coming from our Canadian friends north of the border.

VIRIDESCENT from HURT BERRY FARM.. A refreshing blast of flavor with just a hint of heat.  This sauce is bold with the flavors of distilled vinegar, tomatillos, green, serrano, jalapeños and yellow peppers. A slight sweetness, with a beautiful blend of spices and a lingering tang from lime zest. This is a fantastic sauce for the beginner of who is trying to get into hot sauces.  It has a lower heat profile, with an amazing burst of flavor anyone will love.  Great on tacos, egges, pizza, you name it, its full rounded flavor will go with just about any dish.

STARLESS from HURT BERRY FARM.. Here is a sauce that I have never had anything like it before.  Its rich, thick and full of amazing flavor.  The combination of peppers makes a superb long lasting flavor that will lift your taste buds to entirely new level.  Dried chipotle, pasilla and ancho chiles are a wonderful match for flavor and heat.  Roasted garlic, sesame seeds, with three different mushrooms, a slight coffee flavor and sweetness coming from maple syrup makes this one of a kind sauce, a true 10!  Once you try this sauce you will wonder why nobody had thought of it before.  Steak, bugers, hot dogs, BBQ, marinade, pork, chicken, shrimp, tacos, pizza subs and so so much more.  Pour this sauce on and enjoy!

THREADS from HURT BERRY FARM.. Out of Canada comes a wonderful tropical fruit flavored hot sauce.  Drew and Steve has brought the island flavors right to your table with the bright and fresh flavors of the tropics. The flavor of pineapple and oranges shine through with the flavor and heat coming from habaneros.  Wildflower honey adds a nice touch and a wonderful sweet flavor with a hint of garlic and spices. The combination of all this flavors are spot on.  pour it on and take a trip to the tropics.

PYROLATRIA from HURT BERRY FARM..  After trying this sauce and trying to explain the flavor and excitement of this sauce, there was no way I could do it better then the way Hurt Berry Farm dose it on their website. So I figured I would share what they said, because its done perfectly. "We've paired the searing heat of 7 pot lava, Reaper and Caribbean red Habaneros with the Sweetness of Mandarin Oranges, numbing Citrus notes of cracked Sichuan Peppercorn and savory and tart notes from Pomegranite Molasses" YUP! That says it all! Its a crazy flavor ride in every drop that will fire up and excite your taste buds in a way that only this sauce can do.  If you love a hot, hot sauce with a citrus overtones, then this is the sauce for you.  Tacos, shrimp, fish, subs, salads, rice, rich with beans, any oriental foods and even on an assorted fruit salad.
