TACO CHANGER from ILE ATA.. This is such a bright and clean tasting Verde sauce, the flavor is so crisp and delicious I can't stop using it.  The flavors of vinegar, Tomatillos, Serrano peppers,, Onions, Garlic and salt are what you will find in a typical Verde sauce.  Now I love most all Verde sauces, but what sets this one apart is the addition of Curry and Thyme.  Both of these spices add a wonderful fresh taste that matches so well with all the other ingredients.  The Curry adds a nice Indian element that blends with the flavor of this sauce wonderfully. The addition of Thyme add the fresh herb flavor to bring this sauce over the top.  This is one of, if not the best Verde sauce I've ever had the pleasure to review.  Great on (of course) tacos, tortilla chips, Pork, wings, pizza, eggs and the list goes on.  You could keep this sauce right on your table because of its wide range of use.
