Sandi left here home town in Indiana to join Jack in Mesa Arizona where their love for each other became stronger and changed both of their lives.

going all in together on their new adventure.
From getting matching capsaicin tattoos to creating their first of many hot sauces and salsa, their romance and love they have for each other keeps growing into the future just like the new business adventure they have started.

ONE EYED CAT, GARLIC & PEPPERCORN HABANERO from JACK & SANDI'S... This sauce is just as delicious as it is unique! I used up the entire bottle in just one setting because I couldn't get enough of its great flavor. The heat is on the mild side so you can really pour it on without getting burned out. . The diced tomatoes give this sauce a wonderful tomato base to start, then the flavor of onion, garlic start to rise. The addition of the jalapeño, habanero and peppercorn adds a unique blend of pepper flavor that mixed wonderful with all the ingredients. You will get a hint of cilantro and a splash of vinegar at the end to round out it flavor profile and a very slight sweetness from a little honey. This sauce has a resemblance of a fresh salsa, but with more flavor. You can use this on omelets, pizza, tacos, spaghetti, baked potatoes and even as a stake sauce. I would suggest just keeping it right on your table because it will go wonderfully with all your food choices. By the end of the bottle I was just pouring it onto a spoon and drinking it.

When I first heard that Jack & Sandi was coming out with a hotter version of their original hot sauce I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. Well here it is and my anticipation and excitement was not disappointed. Same award winning flavor as their original ONE EYED CAT HOT SAUCE but even hotter. Sometimes adding more hot peppers can distort the flavor and change it to much for my liking. Well not this time! The addition of adding the Habanero pepper to turn up the heat level paired wonderfully with the original flavor and the heat is brought in to make even the extreme chilehead happy. FANTASTIC JOB! Do yourself a favor and grab several bottles of these amazing hot sauces.
