VERDE FURIOSO from JACK DEL FUEGO.. The flavors of Tomatillos, Serrano chiles, cilantro, lime and salt explodes in your mouth with every drop you use. I was shocked at how flavorful this sauce is. The cilantro is so fresh tasting and comes across with full body and flavor. The addition of Lime juice is the perfect addition compared to using vinegar. The lime juice adds a nice citrus touch that matches with the Tomatillos and Serrano chiles. This sauce is so fresh and bold, you will use it in so many ways from fish, tacos, pizza, eggs, pork, sandwiches, as a chip dip and so much more. You will be completely in love with this bold verde sauce.

WILD JACK from JACK DEL FUEGO.. This is definitely a Habanero sauce! The flavor and heat of the Habanero is out front and gets your attention from the very first taste. The carrots add a nice fresh earthy flavor that only carrots can do. Along with the carrots there is a pinch of sugar to bring a little sweetness to this sauce without being a sugary sweet style sauce, it mostly just adds flavor. The onions and garlic are added in perfectly to add to the flavor of this sauce without being too pungent or overwhelming. You will find just enough vinegar to add to its out awesome flavor. This is a wonderful table sauce because of its wide use. You can put this sauce on any type food and enjoy its wonderful flavor and heat. The balance of heat and flavor are spot on! Fanatic job!

The distinct, bold and rich flavor of the Cascabel and Morita chiles adds a smooth smokey flavor that blends wonderfully with the heat and flavor of the fire charred habanero. This is like an unsweetened BBQ sauce in both flavor and texture. With a splash of vinegar and the fresh citrus taste of lime juice keeps the ph perfect and fresh tasting. You will also get a little punch of garlic that adds to the rich flavor this sauce provides.
