PRICKLY PEAR SALSA from JEROME GHOST PEPPER CO... Starting out with diced tomatoes, chilies, onions, peppers, Arizona Prickly Pear juice and pulp. These ingredients are mixed together and added to lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, salt, chile powder, and spices. This is a very mild salsa that everyone will enjoy as you put it on chips, tacos, nachos, chicken or anything you want. All the ingredients are very flavorful and stand on their own without being overly saturated. You will get a slight sweetness from the brown sugar that tames the acid from the tomatoes. Adding the lemon and lime juice keeps the flavor of the salsa from being too vinegary and tart and the flavor of the Prickly Pear comes through nicely to make a wonderful tasting salsa.

PINEAPPLE SALSA from JEROME GHOST PEPPER CO... This salsa is for the pineapple lovers out there. Chunks of fresh pineapple are added to tomatoes, chilies, onions, jalapeños, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, cilantro salt and spices. I love how the combination of the pineapple and cilantro come together to enhance both of their flavor. The addition of onions, garlic and jalapeños are spot on in the mix, adding the perfect amount of flavor without being overly aggressive. This is a wonderful flavored salsa to add to chips, or fish tacos, add to shrimp or chicken to bake in the oven our marinade for the grill. This would also be a wonderful tasting dip for pork or on a pulled pork sandwich.
