THE RED SAUCE from JIMEMI'S CREATIONS.. I truly could not wait for this sauce to come to market. I was lucky enough to try every prototype that Jim created along his journey of making this sauce, every time it just keep getting better and better. Once this final version came out I was extremely excited and pleased with its outcome.
This sauce goes wonderfully on any type of foods from breakfast to dinner and everything in between. It's rich smooth texture is amazing and its flavor is like nothing out there. With note of Tomato sauce, a hint of vinegar, a little sweetness from the addition of honey, fresh Habanero peppers, A spice mix consisting of chili pepper, cumin, a pinch of salt, oregano, garlic and black pepper. The blending of all these flavor gives you a sauce that will ignite your tastebuds into a festival of happiness. I can truly see why they won not only best sauce in the Habanero category, it also won best in show at the first ever T-town burn down hot sauce expo. FANTASTIC JOB!!!
