CAROLINA REAPER BEEF JERKY from KATIE'S.. Using only USDA beef Katie has combined the flavor and heat of the Carolina reaper pepper. All of Kati's beef has a true rich beef flavor with just the right amount of chewiness and flavored with gluten free soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, spice, natural smoke flavor, distilled vinegar unsulfured molasses, sugar, onion and garlic powders. This one has a nice burn that will definitely linger on your tongue. Great flavor and heat for sure!

XXX SCORPIN BEEF JERKY from KATIE'S.. The flavor of the Trinidad Moruga scorpion pepper really comes through front and center with Katie's hand picked beef. The Beef is lean, chewy, great tasting and fun to eat, but hold on to your taste buds because this one has some extreme heat and it lingers! CHERRY PINEAPPLE JERKY from KATIE'S.. Katie's makes amazing jerky from hot to mild and everything in between. She also makes some amazing non meat jerky. This one is out of site delicious. It took first place at the 2017 Zest Fest awards for Jerky: Non Meat - Consumer Ready. So I had to try it. Its awesome. If you like pineapple and the taste of sweet cherry, then this is for you. Its chewy and delicious. Even though its dried, it still has the true flavor of both pineapple and cherry. By the way, Katie's sweep the category for X-Hot jerky and won 5 first places, three second place and two third places in this years Zest fest awards. congratulations Katie.

BROWN SUGAR PINEAPPLE JERKY from KATIE'S.. I was totally shocked to how good the pineapple flavor was in this jerky. I have had dried pineapple before and it seemed to have a soapy taste. Not in this case, the flavor is true pineapple and I love the addition of the cinnamon and spices that add to the experience of the great taste without covering up the fruit flavor. There is also just a bit of heat that hit you in the back of the throat. LOVE IT!

BISON HALF HEAT from KATIE'S.. This jerky reminds me of the jerky I loved as a little boy. Smoky, chewy, great Bison flavor, thin, a hint of soy sauce and a little sweet. The garlic and cayenne adds a little kick right at the end.

BLACK CHERRY BOURBON from KATIE'S.. The ingredients are simple, beef, brown sugar, cherries, bourbon whisky and a pinch of salt and that is exactly the flavor you get in each bite. A rich beef taste with the rest of the flavors mixes so well together. The one thing I have noticed in all of Katie's snacks is, you get real flavors, nothing imitation.

GARLIC LOVERS DREAM from KATIE'S.. The more I eat, the more I wanted. If you love roasted garlic then you will want this jerky. Great beef flavor, garlic, onion powder and just a pinch of heat.. A snack with full garlic taste.

GHOST PEPPER'D from KATIE'S.. First you get the great beef flavor that Katie's brings and then there's a hint of smoke. But then the evil side of Katie kicks in with the fire and heat from CaJohn's fire dust ghost spice, habanero, ghost, cayenne and I think there is a little devilish smile in there from Katie. I could not stop eatting it and the burn is so good!
