TĒCNICA from LA CHIPOTLERA.. This sauce is fantastic if you love the flavor of vinegar and I do. So that being said, I love the flavor of this sauce. Its very thin and runny but as long as you know that going in you will not be surprised. The flavor is rich and bold with Apple cider vinegar, Serrano peppers, chipotle peppers, Morita peppers, Hibiscus, Jamaica peppers, herbs and a pinch of salt. The flavor of the Hibiscus is subtle but definitely adds to the flavor, adding a sweet floral taste, the mixture of all the ingredients are mixed together wonderfully to bring you a hot sauce that would go with any food. I really love the flavor of this sauce.

RUDA from LA CHIPOTLERA.. This is basically the same sauce as TĒCNICA but with a little more heat from the addition of Carolina Reapers and Habanero peppers. Just the addition of these two hot peppers adds a little more pepper flavor and more heat. The rest of the flavors are the same as above, This is another fantastic sauce that I will keep right on my table. Fantastic job! But once again this is a heavy forward vinegar sauce.
