GHOST PEPPER PEAR  from LITTLE DICK'S..  Here is something new from Little Dick's hot sauce.  The pear flavor is enhanced by the addition of Rice vinegar, honey, onions, a fresh citrus flavor coming from lemon juice, a hint of mustard, (the addition of mustard blends so well with the rest of the flavors) a whisper of cilantro, a hint of cumin, cinnamon and a little ginger.  It's amazing how all these different flavors are joined together to give you a wonderful layer after layer of flavors that will enhance your eating pleasure. The heat and pepper flavor is brought to your palette red Ghost pepper puree and a hint of Carolina Reaper pepper puree.  The two hot peppers are beautifully added in not to over shadow the flavor of the other ingredients. This is a well balance sauce in both flavor and heat. This sauce would go great on pizza, pork, chicken, tacos, mixed into sour cream for a dipping sauce, added to your ribs on the grill and so much more.  This sauce is very delicious.

SERRANO CILANTRO from LITTLE DICK'S.. What a fantastic burst of flavor, coming from the fresh taste of cilantro, onions and the pop of flavor from the tequila and lime.  The fresh and bright flavor is enhanced by the addition of Serrano peppers, garlic and white vinegar.  All these ingredients make a wonderful sauce for pizza, eggs, fish, tacos, Bloody Mary's and so much more.  This is a wonderful table sauce because of its wide use.  Fantastic job!

JALAPEÑO PINEAPPLE from LITTLE DICK'S.. What a wonderful way to use pineapple. Its fresh tasting and has real pineapple flavor up front.  Then you get a hint of jalapeño to add to its flavor. The addition of basil adds a nice hint of flavor and freshness that matches so well with the rest of the ingredients. The slight sweetness from the apple cider vinegar, agave and lime gives this sauce a wonderful slightly sweet, tangy flavor that adds to its great flavor.  You will also get a hint of garlic and fresh cilantro.  Another amazing sauce from Little Dick's.  Amazing on a fruit salad, Hawaiian pizza, fish, shrimp, fish tacos, cottage cheese and anything you want to add the flavor of pineapple too. You could also use this as a marinade for chicken, fish, shrimp or pork.

HABANERO PEACH from LITTLE DICK'S.. This sauce will make your taste buds come to life with joy!  It has a fantastic balance of both sweet and spicy, flavor and heat!  The sweet fresh peach flavor is blended together with the nice heat of the habanero pepper to give your mouth a nice lingering tingle of heat. The molasses and brown sugar gives this sauce a wonderful sweet earth flavor and the addition of mustard and garlic adds a punch of spice and flavor only they can provide.  You will also get a slight chili spice added to the end of its amazing flavor.  This sauce is a must for anyone that likes a little sweet heat with a punch of chili flavor.  great of all sorts of foods from hamburgers, chili, pizza, eggs, tacos, subs and more.  This is also a great sauce to keep right on your table.
