YEAR OF THE DOG from LUCKY DOG.. This is Lucky Dogs newest hot sauce and I have to say it's bursting with flavor and just the right amount of heat to match the incredible taste.  The mixture of pineapple and ginger hits your taste buds first, then you get a hint of the toasted sesame seeds and roasted garlic. The lime juice adds just the right balance of citrus for a nice fresh taste.  The mustard flour and rice vinegar gives this an amazing oriental style flavor and then the dried red chilies hits you in the back of the throat.  Don't confuse The Year Of The Dog as a pineapple hot sauce, even though there is pineapple in it, the ginger and other flavors brings this to an entirely new hot sauce experience.  Lucky Dog says this may be their best hot sauce to date.  Out of all the lucky Dogs sauces I've tried, that's a bold statement to make, and I agree.  AMAZING!  This would pair great with any Asian dish, shrimp, seafood, omelets, red meats, roasted vegetables or any dish you would like to add a ginger flavor too.  This is 8 ounces of deliciousness in a squeeze bottle!

PINK LABEL from LUCKY DOG..  The lighty smoked flavor in the pink label is just right, not over powering or to smoky.  A slight fruity taste from the pears and a bit of sweet from the dates, makes this another great sauce.  The hint of garlic mixes just right with the carrot juice.  The heat in this sauce is a slow and long lasting burn from the habanero and the ghost infused sea salt adds a great flavor to round out this sauce.  Great on pizza, BBQ, sea food or any food you would like just a little smoke and heat.

ORANGE LABEL from LUCKY DOG.. The Orange Label hot sauce is another one from Lucky Dog that I knew immediately was a hit.  Great heat and flavor from the habanero, jalapeno and serrano pepper, but what really took it over the top was the roasted garlic.  There is a bit of sweet to this sauce but nothing like a sweet chili sauce type of sweet.  The carrot juice adds just the right amount of earthy flavor at the end to round out this sauce to make it a 10 out 0f 10.  I used this sauce on a grilled hamburger and it was a perfect match.  This sauce would also be great on pizza or sea food.  I'm sure you could find many uses for this sauce.  I can definitely see why Lucky Dog sauces have won so many awards.

BLACK LABEL from LUCKY DOG.. As I tried this sauce for the first time I knew right off it was going to be a 10 out of 10 for taste.  The flavors just burst with all of it's ingredient in perfect harmony.  Nothing is over done or over shadowed. Jalapeno, scorpion and ghost peppers provides the heat and hot pepper flavors.  A slight sweetness from the apple cider vinegar and apple sauce. The garlic, dried figs, salt and lime juice, round out this sauce with a taste you will fall in love with.  This may be one of the best versatile sauces I have had so far.  Fantastic job on this one of a kind sauce.  You could use this sauce on any foods and enjoy its spicy goodness.

DIA DEL PERRO (DAY OF THE DOG) from LUCKY DOG.. A smoky, garlic, tomatillo hot sauce with the heat from smoked serrano and habenero peppers.  This is a Lucky Dog's variation of a verde sauce.  If you like a verde style sauce, you will love this one.  Lucky Dog brings out the smoked peppers to enhance the flavor of the garlic and tomatillos to make a perfect sauce for any Mexican dish. This sauce would also be great as a stand alone on chips. There is a slight sweetness from the Apple cider vinegar that adds a great after taste to this sauce.  Great job!

 BROWN LABEL from LUCKY DOG.. This hot sauce is a mustard chipotle hot sauce with medium heat.  There are four different hot peppers in this sauce that gives it a heat that is quick and long, but surprisingly without making it to hot to enjoy its great flavor.  This would be awesome on any dish that you would use mustard on or really any food that need a little spice.  Great blend between the chipolte smoke flavor and the mustard taste and with a hint of cumin, makes this sauce a one of a kind hot sauce you will love.
