from the question, "What do I do with these hot peppers?" He knew he was the only one that
would eat them, but how could he share his love of flavor with family and friends?
Bob Maletta took a trip to Florida in 2020 when he tasted a peach jalapeño sauce that he
thought was out of this world. The inspiration was there, and he quickly got to work creating
delicious handmade hot sauces that you simply cannot find elsewhere. Maletta's Golden Chilli

SMOLDER! from MALETTA'S GOLDEN CHILLI HOT SAUCE.. WOW!!! Take Malentta's PINEAPPLE HABANERO and add Applewood smoked habanero, a pinch of brown sugar and a little mango nectar and you have another amazing hot sauce. Its smoky, tropical and HOT. Both of these sauce have tons of flavor and heat to match. The smokey sweet taste of this sauce will go great on, once again on pizza, tacos or anything that the flavor of Pineapple would pair with. This sauce is fantastic!

WARNING from MALETTA'S GOLDEN CHILLI HOT SAUCE.. I love the simple ingredient sauces, and this one doesn't disappoint. With only San Marzano tomatoes, vinegar, a lot of Carolina Reaper, garlic and salt, you get a sauce that will not only fire you up, but add amazing flavor to all you dishes you add it too. This is a table sauce like a tabasco, but with the Carolina Reaper as the star. Its HOT, has Long Lasting Heat and a ton of Carolina reaper flavor. This is definitely for the chillihead that loves it hot! Add to any food for amazing heat and Reaper flavor.
