SUNSET SALSA from MAUI PEPPER CO... From the great culinary mind of Tahitijoe.com comes the Maui Pepper co.. These two salsas are packed with amazing tropical flavors. You can really taste the island fruits of mango and pineapple mixed in with tomato, onion, celery, jalapeño, habanero, chunks of carrot, sweet pepper, mustard seed, sea salt, cumin, black pepper and Maui Pepper's spice blend. What I really like about the these is the sweetness of the balsamic vinegar and it adds just a little bit of tang without tasting like a typical vinegar salsa. Every bite will give your taste buds an island experience that will definitely keep you coming back for more! Not only is this a great salsa, but this would make a great marinade for pork, chicken or fish or used on fish tacos. Fantastic job Tahiti Joe! Comes in medium and hot!

STRAWBERRY MELTDOWN WITH MANGO from MAUI PEPPER CO... A very mild flavor with lots of heat. Strawberry mashed with mango makes up the tropical flavor of this sauce. There is a vinegar over tone that mixes so well with the sweetness of the fruit, sugar, apple juice and honey. The heat comes from habanero peppers and the flavors works great. This would make an amazing marinade or glaze on chicken, shrimp, pork or grilled pineapple for your burgers. I even used this on fries because of the vinegar, and the sweetness from the fruit pared well. This would also be great added to a tropical drink.

STRAWBERRY MELTDOWN from MAUI PEPPER CO... No mango here. WOW what a difference in flavor by just using strawberries! I would not have believed the flavor would be this explosive. If you love strawberries then you will love this fresh tasting strawberry hot sauce. This would be amazing added to fresh strawberries over shortcake, on pancakes, waffles, over ice cream or added to a tropical drink. Great flavor!

MANGO MELTDOWN from MAUI PEPPER CO... Sweet heat with the taste of the islands. Fruity mango mixed with vinegar, sugar, apple juice, honey, habanero, sea salt and natural spices. The mango is an excellent fruit to mix with the rest of the ingredients to bring you some amazing grilled chicken. This would also be a great sauce for your shrimp, egg rolls, stir fry or over rice. SMOKIN MANGOES EXTRA HOT SAUCE from MAUI PEPPER CO... There is a lot more fruity flavor coming from this smokey gem. You definitely get the chipotle smoke mixed with the mango and vinegar, and the sweetness from the honey, apple juice and sugar. Same Maui Pepper Co. spice blend but with a rich smokey goodness. The habanero is amped up to bring you a little more heat, but without taking away it's signature flavor. This is a great marinade, grilling sauce or just pour it on to enjoy this smokey mango treat.

CHIPOTLE RASPBERRY MANGO HOT SAUCE from MAUI PEPPER CO... Even though there are chipotle peppers in this sauce, the smoke flavor is barely noticeable. What really jumps out in this mango sauce is the addition of raspberries. The big chunks of fruit flow from the bottle to bring you a fantastic mixture of tropical flavors only Maui Pepper co. can bring. I really love this one with it's raspberry mango mix. I even like how well the vinegar adds a little tang. This would make a delicious sauce over ice cream and angel food cake, on chicken, pork, duck, shrimp or mixed into blueberry syrup for pancakes.

APPLES ASS from MAUI PEPPER CO... It's like an apple pie with heat. Apple butter, vinegar, mango, chunks of apples, brown sugar, honey, rum extract, vanilla, garlic, onion and habanero. The first thing I though about using this on was grilled pork chops with it's sweetness and apple butter flavor, it mixed very well with the juices from the pork. Amazing! The hint of onion and garlic was just what it needed to make it really pop. This would also make a great dessert sauce to top off your Apple pie a la mode.
