BLAZIN' RAISIN from NEWKS HOT SAUCE.. Just by reading the ingredients I knew I had to review this sauce. Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Blackberries, Raisins, Molasses, Onion, Roasted Garlic, Chipotle Peppers, Salt, Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Chocolate Habanero and Chocolate Carolina Reaper Peppers. Looking at all these different flavor of ingredients I couldn't wrap my head around what this sauce would taste like. Well this is what I found.. The Cinnamon and Cocoa powder gives this sauce a perfect bass flavor to build upon.This sauce has a rich fruity flavor without being overly sweet. The raisins gives this sauce a unique touch of flavor that will excite your taste buds. The Molasses bring a nice sweetness with a touch of dark wonderment and excitement that blends so well with the other ingredients. The flavors of all the hot peppers are very much present but not overwhelming. The combination of all these ingredients gives this sauce a perfect blend for any type of foods from breakfast to dinner and everything in between. This sauce is so unique and rich in flavor you will love it as much as I do.
