Sandra and Carlos Flores a husband and wife team, officially launched the No.7 Mexican Hot Sauce brand in March of 2013 in the Junction Triangle, a neighbourhood in the west end of Toronto out of their coffee shop Cafe Con Leche with the intention of simply sharing their recipe with the neighbourhood. Never did they imagine it we be across Canada. No.7 Hot Sauce products are made in Canada, all Natural, Vegan, Peanut & Gluten Free, No added Salt or Sugar.

HABANERO PAPAYA from NO. 7 MEXICAN HOT SAUCE..  This sauce has a nice kick from the habanero pepper as it heats up your mouth with the flavors of Papaya, onions, garlic and apple cider vinegar. The contrast of flavors from sweet to savory blend together to bring a wonderful tasting hot sauce to enjoy with all your meals.  There is a slight sweetness from the Papaya but not to sweet to over shadow the food you put on.  Perfect for eggs, pizza, tacos, wings and so much more.
