Although Pepper Daddy Sauce Company started from the love of all things spicy it was done so as a coping mechanism to help deal with daily stresses and a fun way to stay out of trouble and show my children you can reach your goals even if you have made mistakes in your life. I have always loved spicy foods but it wasn't until I came across a Facebook group called For The Love Of Hot sauce that I finally found a place I felt like I really belonged! It was through this group I started doing challenges and a few reviews but the more I talked with other Small Batch Gourmet Sauce makers did I really find my calling. As a teen I worked a few upscale restaurants as a line cook and had a few sauce recipes but it wasn't until I incorporated some of the worlds hottest peppers into them that they finally started to become more rounded. Now, it is my families passion to bring you great sauces with a strong presence of chili peppers in every bottle to bring you an entirely new experience of 'Saucin'. SWEET HEAT from PEPPER DADDY SAUCE CO... If you are looking for an extreme heat BBQ sauce with great fruity Strawberry  flavor then this one will fit what your looking for.  The flavor of Strawberries make this sauce a one of a kind sauce like I've never had before.  Straight out of the bottle the heat over takes the flavor of the sauce and make it nothing more than a mouth burning experience.  But adding it to you food on the grill enhances the strawberry flavor to give your chicken, ribs, pork or what ever your grilling a wonderful sweet fruity flavor that matchers the flavor of your food perfectly.  But all that being said this IS A VERY HOT sauce.  This BBQ sauce would make amazing pulled pork sandwiches. I love the fact that PEPPER DADDY SAUCE CO. used real sugar rather then corn syrup because the caramelization of real sugar on the grill makes an amazing sticky sweet glaze.  Unfortunately This sauce is only for the extreme heat lovers, because the flavor of this sauce is so different and full flavored the average griller will definitely find the heat over powering.  Hopefully a mild version is in the works because this would be a staple for any griller.
