BANANA BOMB from PEPPER NUTZ.. If someone would have told me that I would be tasting a hot sauce that uses bananas, I wouldn't have believed them.  But here it is and its delicious.  The banana is mixed with a hint of rum and chipotle smoke.  Don't think that the banana is way out front in flavor, it's mixed in just right to give this sauce a nice fruity flavor that would make an great hot wing sauce and would be awesome on fish.  The heat from the habanero is what heats this sauce.  I used it on grilled vegetables and it was delicious.  Bananas!  Who would have guessed?!

RUM RUNNER from PEPPER NUTZ..  This is a medium heat, sweet sauce with a very different taste.  Dark rum, honey, pineapple and mango make the flavor, with the heat from the Peri Peri and Cayenne pepper.  I didn't get any flavor from the Cayenne pepper but it did lend to the heat.  Any fish dish would come alive with this spiced hot sauce.. Fantatic different tasting hot sauce..

HIGH FALLS HABANERO from PEPPER NUTZ..  This is a sweet sauce with a ton of flavor with mango, red wine vinegar,  red bell pepper, lime juice and habanero. Pepper Nutz once again has blended different flavors together to make a great tasting sauce with medium heat.  This would make a fanatic dipping sauce, sandwich spread, add to pizza or anything on the grill.

PINEAPPLE PERSUASION from PEPPER NUTZ..  Pineapple, ginger, honey, garlic and the taste and heat from the habanero pepper.  Think about all these flavors perfectly mix together and you have this sauce.  What a great medley of flavors that would be awesome on pizza or on a burger with a nice char off the grill.  I would even mix this with mustard to make a dipping sauce.. Awesome!

GHOST FUSION from PEPPER NUTZ..  A hot, slightly sweet taste with a smoky flavor.  You get the flavor and heat from the ghost pepper, a hint of chile sauce and a mixture of spices.  Nothing is over done in this sauce.  Not to sweet, not to smoky and just the right amount of that ghost heat. This is a very delicious hot sauce.  This would make a great sauce for any dish.  Would also be great as a steak sauce!  Great job!!
