Sami Sauce - Hello My Name is Sami, the creator of Sami Sauce. When crafting this flavorful sauce it was not intended to be sold at first. It all started 20 years ago when my family and loved ones ranted and raved about how they wanted hot sauce on everything, I mean they put it on Everything. One Day I was cooking for my loved ones. I decided to make a small batch of Hot sauce filled with fresh flavorful ingredients. I wanted my sauce to be different from the rest of these hot sauces that these companies crafted. Enough with me going on about how I created my sauce. I can write a book.

SAMI SAUCE from SAMI SAUCE.. This sauce reminds me of what I would keep right on my table to use every day.  Its a Louisiana style sauce that didn't stop with one type of pepper.  The flavor goes well beyond where your typical  Louisiana sauce will go.  The addition of Aged Cayenne peppers are there, but thats where it just starts, the addition of Caribbean red Habanero peppers mash brings the added flavor and fruitiness of the Habanero in a wonderful harmony of flavor without being overly fermented.  Onion, lemon juice, distilled vinegar and garlic adds to the flavor in a wonderful balance to enhance the flavor of this sauce to make it a perfect table sauce.  This sauce will pair great with any types of food, to bring both added pepper flavor and a wonderful punch of heat.  I found using this sauce added great flavor and heat without covering up but enhancing the flavor of my food.
