Lisa and I first came to Blairsville about 8 years ago. We loved the area and came back often staying in Blue Ridge, Hiawassee, and of course Blairsville. We were just a few years away from an early retirement and wanted to move away from the city with all of its issues. We decided Blairsville was the kind of place we wanted to live. We loved the local charm and small town feel, so we bought land and a house. We longed for a simpler time and life where we would know our neighbors and didn't have to worry about getting shot or carjacked. We've come to love more than a few of our neighbors. I am so happy to be living here in our dream home, with a million dollar view, and a great life.I've been making my hot sauce for years giving it out at Christmas, special occassions, and for myself. I love hot sauce but most of the brands have too much vinegar and just don't taste good. My hot sauce is a low vinegar, all natural sauce with a great flavor and wonderful heat. Everyone loves it and begs for more. They were urging me to sell it for years. Well now that retirement has gotten boring I'm making my passion available to everyone. SCORPION HOLLOW HABANERO from SCARY JERRY'S.. Built upon the same foundation of sweet Peaches and spices, this sauce takes on a new demotion of flavor without losing its original amazing flavor. The addition of Habanero peppers gives this sauce the same great flavor with just a touch more heat. Although the flavor of the Habanero is slightly different from the Serrano The bass flavor shines through to give you that original flavor I fell in love with from the start. PREACHER'S ROCK REAPER from SCARY JERRY'S.. Now the heat really starts to rise and fills your mouth with that Carolina Reaper Pain we all know. Once again this sauce is built upon the original flavor, but this time the pepper is the Carolina Reaper and it lives up to its name. The addition of the Carolina Reaper dose change the flavor slightly but if you love the flavor of the reaper then this is the one for you. Same great flavor but with the heat you crave.
