UMAI from SEED RANCH FLAVOR CO... This is a very unique tasting sauce. The. flavor of the dried porcini and shiitake mushrooms adds a rich earthy flavor that enhances the tomatoes and capers. The addition of seaweed adds a saltiness that blends in perfectly. The fermented red miso is blended into the background with the balsamic vinegar, garlic and other ingredients. I used this as a steak sauce and on a hamburger and it was a hit as it brought out the flavor of the red meat. Use as a marinade, on vegetables, soups and much more.

At first I taste the flavor of the citrus flavor of the lemongrass, Thai ginger, cilantro, basil and coriander are blended into a flavor I have never had in a sauce before.
