ANGRY MERMAID from SIREN SALT CO... A fantastic blend of spices that will enhance all your food. The combination of habanero peppers, fennel, sea salt, chipotle, coriander, cumin, tellicherry peppercorns, white peppercorns and thai chiles, bring a bright delightful added flavor to your food in a way that can only be done by Siren Salt Co.. The mix is flavorful with just a hint of salt, the heat level is more of a taste than an heat feeling to your tongue. We use it with their table grinder to mix and grind the ingredients right onto our food. I love the extra flavor it adds to my vegetables, steak or burgers on the grill, add to soups or stews, but I really like it on cottage cheese. The use of this spice blend is endless.

It has a slight amount of heat that builds to a nice heat level the more you use it. The toasted sesame seeds add a wonderful warm Asian flavor that mixes so well with the rest of the ingredients, the garlic and cayenne are a wonderful addition that you will love.
