CRANBERRY SCORPION PEPPER from SLIM'S PEPPER CO... This sauce has a wonderful tart flavor coming from cranberry's .  But then the tartness is mellowed out by the addition of blueberries and lime juice.  The addition of the lime juice takes away the vinegar sourness to leave a wonderful fruity blend .  The addition of the scorpion peppers bring the right amount of heat without over running its flavor. If you love the flavor of cranberry, then you are going to want to get ahold of this flavorful sauce. BLAZIN REAPER SAUCE from SLIM'S PEPPER CO... just seeing REAPER on the label you're going to know its HOT.  As soon as I cracked open the bottle its smoky aroma filled my senses from the applewood smoked red bell peppers.  That smoky flavor carries throughout the sauce to bring this sauce to an entirely new level.  The lime juice and vinegar adds a little citrus tart flavor without being overly sour like vinegar brings on its own.  The flavor of the Carolina reaper, garlic and spices are a wonderful mix to add to it's smoky taste and lots of heat.
