THE ATLANTA GEORGA PEACH from SMALL AXE PEPPERS.. I was surprised by both the heat and flavor of this sauce. It is a lot hotter then I thought it would be without being super hot. The flavor has a upfront Apple cider vinegar flavor, then the flavor of the jalapeño and Thai chili peppers shine through. The addition of the onion add as savory taste followed by a slight sweetness from the Peaches and a pinch of sugar. The flavors are blended together wonderfully to give you a satisfying taste of all the ingredients. This would be an great table sauce because of it versatile use on all foods.

THE TEXAS TANGY TAMARINDO from SMALL AXE PEPPERS.. This sauce has a pop of flavor that will make you say wow! It's slightly sweet with a refined deep flavor of ingredients that will mix so well with any food pairings. The addition of tomatoes, Apple cider vinegar, a pinch of brown sugar, a nice punch of onion and garlic gives you a wonderful base to add the rest of the savory ingredients. You can taste every one of the ingredients in a layer of different flavor. The main taste of this sauce is the Tamarind paste, but you will also get the flavors of fish sauce, yellow mustard and smoked paprika. All these ingredients together gives you a rich, bold layered flavor that will go with any food. The heat is provided by the addition of Habanero peppers that also brings in a pepper flavor.

THE BALTIMORE HABANERO GINGER from SMALL AXE PEPPERS.. This sauce is a wild ride of flavors from sweet to savory to bold richness. This is a Apple cider vinegar forward sauce, with hints of ginger, yellow mustard, turmeric and carrots. The flavor profile is all over the map, but works together in perfect harmony. This sauce would make a wonderful addition to fish, baked beans, fish tacos, eggs, pizza, mixed into a bbq sauce, as a marinade for chicken or pork and so much more. This would also be a great addition to oriental foods. You will definitly love this sauce!
