It all started with a single Ghost Pepper.
2014 - We had lived downtown in big cities for years, then we bought a house in Burlington, ON. We started gardening in the backyard with a variety of vegetables.
But then Erik was at the grocery store, and spotted a Ghost Pepper plant on the seedling display outside. We brought it home and planted it, and it flourished. We made our first hot sauce that harvest, and called it “I Thought He Liked Us”. It was a bit hotter than we could handle at the time, so we gave the bottles away to family and friends.

CHERRYNOBYL from SORRY SAUCE.. As soon as you crack the seal you can smell the Niagara black cherries and Yellow Carolina Reaper peppers. Right off I knew this sauce was going to be a scorcher and it didn't disappoint. The heat level kept growing and growing. The flavor profile starts out mild with the flavors of black cocoa, lemon,black pepper, turmeric, vanilla bean and cherries. Use this sauce on wings, Pizza, pulled pork, add to your favorite BBQ sauce, chili, mix with sour cream to make a spicy dipping sauce. Use with cation! This is a blazer!

GIVER from SORRY SAUCE.. This sauce is packed with flavor, heat and lots of fresh picked, local peaches blended with limes and apple cider vinegar, medium heat of fatalii and aji limon peppers. There is so much packed into this sauce its really a like a relish. The flavor is just amazing. Semi sweet notes with amazing fresh flavors coming from all the ingredients. I can't stop eating this even by the spoonful. This sauce should be on everyones shopping list. Perfect in flavor and heat. This is definitely one of my favorite sauces this year.

COBRA CHICKEN from SORRY SAUCE.. If you love garlic and lots of heat, then this is definitely a sauce for you! This has so many of my favorite ingredients in this one sauce. Garlic, carrots, tomatoes, ginger, onions, Red and White Bhut Jolokias, habanero peppers and the great taste of apple cider and malt vinegars. This sauce jumps out front and keeps on giving. Delicious! Pour this on pizza, wings, use as a steak sauce and keep pouring onto your potatoes, burritos, tacos, eggs. Just about anything that its great garlic flavor will add too. Fantastic flavor! Definitely nothing to be SORRY about here!
