BLACK LABEL HOT SAUCE from SWEET MAMA.. The flavor of garlic is blended so wonderfully with the mild Fresno Peppers, Distilled vinegar, habanero peppers, Tomatoes, a hint of sugar and spices. Judging by just the ingredients only, you would think this is just a simple tasting sauce. But I am happy to say this is far beyond a simple tasting sauce. This sauce is full flavored and very rich. The flavor of the hot peppers are blended so well with tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients it brings a new dimension of flavor to this hot sauce that makes it a distinctive wonderful tasting sauce. The garlic is mixed in spot on to enhance the flavor without over powering its taste. I will be keeping this sauce right on the table because of its wide range of use on all types of food. Anything from breakfast to dinner, pour it on and enjoy. So rich and forward tasting you will not be able to get enough.
