We travelled for the better half of five years to over 40 countries on 4 continents living in several countries while we’re at it and wanted to bring those global flavours home in the form of artisan hot sauce. Each sauce is a representation of our favourite places we’ve either lived in or travelled to, from mild to hot we’ve got all your culinary necessities! We introduced our “Brew Line” last year where we collaborate with local breweries to showcase the versatility and connection between local crafts as one. CANADIANA from TIJUANA TOM'S.. This is an excellent table sauce. Tons of flavor coming from multiple hot peppers, raw garlic, 100% Canadian maple syrup, red bell peppers, red onions and a kiss of smoke. The flavor of all the peppers are out front and very fruity tasting. Then the garlic kicks in to add to its wonderful flavor. There is a hint of sweetness but not overwhelming, the maple syrup is added in just perfect to give this sauce a very unique and one of a kind flavor you will love. You can add this sauce to any food you would like a nice punch of heat and flavor. Great job!

GARLIC LOVERS from TIJUANA TOM'S.. The name says it all GARLIC!!! This sauce packs a punch of garlic in every drop. There is a nice hint of freshness coming from the Lime and orange juice, with a slight flavor of vinegar, a wonderful flavor of Hungarian peppers, Thai chilis, green hot chilis, Bonnet peppers for heat and flavor, green onions a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of Curry powder. You get all the great pepper flavor in every drop with a lingering hint of Curry flavor at the end. this is also a wonderful table sauce because of its wide range of use on any type foods.

SMOKIN' FUEGO from TIJUANA TOM'S.. Apple cider vinegar, sweet onions, Jalapēno peppers, red bel peppers, Morita Chipotle peppers and a pinch of sugar. All these ingredients are blended together to give you a smokey and slightly sweet sauce that will add a nice touch of heat and smoke flavor without being overpowering. Once again, this is another wonderful table sauce because of its wide range of use on any type of foods. Add this to eggs, pizza, tacos, Mexican food, soups and so much more.
