HABANERO PEPPER SAUCE from MARIE SHARP'S.. This sauce has a fantastic flavor and a great amount of heat. It has a carrot-based blend with onion, garlic, lime and red habanero pepper. Great on omelettes, chicken, drinks (bloody Mary's) and I also add it to Mayo to put on sandwiches.

PSYCHO TROPIC from VOODOO CHILE. This sauce is very sweet. It has a fantastic tropical flavor from the ingredients that VooDoo has added into this sauce. Pineapple juice, Guava nectar, Pineapple, Papaya, Guava, Honey, apple cider vinegar, Brown sugar, Carolina Reaper and Scotch Bonnet peppers, along with other spices. This sauce is just awesome on chicken or BBQ-ing anything on the grill. What an fantastic sauce!

HOWLER MONKEY ORIGINAL This one is my favorite. Vinegar, scotch bonnet, garlic, onion, mustard, salt, spices and black pepper. The Caribbean style flavors are amazing in this great sauce. I had to move this one to the top of my list. I'm using this sauce on everything now.. you must try this one.

MIND FLAY from SAM&OLIVER. This is a fantastic hot sauce. With all the chunks of strawberry, it taste just like Smuckers Strawberry Jam crossed with Carolina Reaper Pepper. I immediately thought of using this on a Pork tenderloin and vanilla ice cream. I can't wait to have a Strawberry Mind Flay Sundae. This sauce is very different but yet delicious..

HABA HABA "DIME" SAUCE from ARTHUR WAYNE HOT SAUCE.. This sauce cuts right through with flavor and has a black pepper taste, but has none on the label. With cayenne, tomato, red fresno, a hint of garlic and the tang from the lemon juice, these all blend very well together. This sauce works fantastic with any tomato based or cheese foods, or I would definitely use it in a Cajun or rice dish. It would also be perfect for breakfast on eggs, potatoes or be great mixed with ketchup for burgers or fries. A versatile sauce. Will try it in my next bloody mary!

BEER-BACON CHIPOTLE from SCOTTY O' HOTTY.. I just love this sauce! The name says it all. It has a smoky, bacon flavor that's made with beer. What more can I say, You could use this sauce on anything you would like to add the flavor of smoky bacon with the heat from chipotle, pablano, jalapeno and habanero peppers. The BBQ has a new friend with this sauce. Don't think this sauce will be to hot to enjoy, the mix between heat and taste is perfect. I can see why this sauce has won an abundance of awards. Bacon and Beer, delicious!

REAPER de MUERTE from SCOTTY O' HOTTY.. This sauce will light your taste buds on fire but will also make them wanting more of it's fantastic flavor. If your a true chili-head you will decidedly love this sauce. I definitely got my HOTHEAD on eating this because I could not put it down! Even though it uses the CAROLINA REAPER PEPPER this sauce is bursting with flavor. A lot of time the super hot sauces taste is lost in the heat, not in this case. This reaper sauce is a true hit!

BLACK LABEL from LUCKY DOG.. As I tried this sauce for the first time I knew right off it was going to be a 10 out of 10 for taste. The flavors just burst with all of it's ingredient in perfect harmony. Nothing is over done or over shadowed. Jalapeno, scorpion and ghost peppers provides the heat and hot pepper flavors. A slight sweetness from the apple cider vinegar and apple sauce. The garlic, dried figs, salt and lime juice, round out this sauce with a taste you will fall in love with. This may be one of the best versatile sauces I have had so far. Fantastic job on this one of a kind sauce. You could use this sauce on any foods and enjoy its spicy goodness.

APPLE PEPPER JACK from BONFATTO'S.. This sauce could be used as a hot sauce, BBQ sauce or a marinade. It taste just like drinking apple jack moon shine while eating caramel. You can definitely taste the Jack Daniel's in this sauce. The apple juice taste is up front along with the butter, molasses and cinnamon. I also get a apple pie spice flavor. FANTASTIC!!! This is defiantly a must try!

CLARK'S CARIBBEAN SEVEN SAUCE from HELENA PEPPER CO.Here is a sauce I had never heard of, so I had no idea what to expect. I must say, FANTASTIC! What a wonderful flavor and nice heat! The flavor is a combination of white vinegar, peach, pineapple, yellow mustard, a hint of ginger, cumin and other spices with a three hot pepper blend. Its a true Caribbean or kinda of a southwest style flavor with the sweetness from the fruits. Clark may I say you nailed it with this great hot sauce! I used this on fish and it knocked it out of the park. This sauce would be great as a dipping sauce or on any foods. I even think this would make a great steak marinade or on BBQ wings. Very versatile. Just awesome!
