Uncle Chainsaw’s Hot Sauce is owned and operated by Kevin Correnti, chef / owner of a successful Italian restaurant. During the pandemic closures, Kevin temporary closed his restaurant and focused on his passion project of making hot sauce commercially. He has been making some of these sauces for years at his restaurant. Scassa La Bocca has been the restaurant’s house sauce and is consumed almost as fast as he can make it.

Onion, rice vinegar, lime juice, habanero peppers, vegetable oil, kosher salt, garlic, spices and turmeric. The lime juice and rice vinegar gives this sauce a in your face tang that will carry the rest of the flavors to your table. SCASSA LA BOCCA from UNCLE CHAINSAW'S HOT SAUCE.. This is unlike any other hot sauce I've had the pleasure to review. The Calabrian peppers and the marinated garlic gives this sauce a very sophisticated and briny flavor that reminds me as a Italian marinade. The flavor is rich and very flavor forward. The more I use this sauce the more I love it. Great on anything! Spaghetti, hamburgers, mixed into a cheese dip, add to a sub or sandwich and on and on. Like I said, the more I use it, the more I love its unique flavor profile.

ALOHA & MAHALO from UNCLE CHAINSAW'S HOT SAUCE.. Onion, garlic and Turmeric are the star of this sauce with a splash of Rice vinegar and lime juice. The sweetness and taste of from the pineapple is very subdued and in the background. The hint of ginger is added slightly just like the Pineapple. The heat is add by the addition of the habanero peppers. Keep this sauce right on your table because of its wide range of use because of its garlic and onion forward flavor.

And thats all it needs to make a very bright and delicious sauce. This has amazing and great flavor with nice amount of heat. This sauce is a must for any table or restaurant. This sauce has a perfect flavor for everyone to enjoy. If you buy one hot sauce, make sure this is the one. This sauce will go on anything!!! The red jalapeño are a perfect pepper for this sauce. I love it!
